Confidence

Confidence is something that we all need to allow us to go about our daily lives and to adapt to any changes that WILL happen throughout our lives. Without confidence we can find ourselves avoiding certain activities, situations or people resulting in reduced feelings of satisfaction. 

This can lead to us avoiding situations such as applying for that promotion or by not going to that social event that we really, really want to go to through feeling inadequate.  We then sit at home worrying about our lack of ability, or intelligence or social involvement which then increase our feelings of low self esteem.

Hypnotherapy can help with a decreased level of confidence by working on increasing the ego, increasing self esteem and self reliance and promoting a more positive outlook. 

Again it can help to reframe the negative thoughts behind the lack of confidence which might have stemmed from a simple comment, a look or a failure in an activity at some time in our lives previously.
